Silkscreen Printing

We screen print garments with high quality inks, which give the clothing that high quality upmarket appeal. 

With screen printing, we can create designs that are full colour with no white boxed backgrounds, using process colours.

The inks are printed directly onto the shirts.  Printed one colour at a time until the desired full colour image is reached.

This is still the best way of printing full coloured clothing - The CMYK screenprinting process. 
After printing, the clothing goes through a curing process and then they are ready for washing and wearing.

Quantities

No minimum quantity which means we also cater for the customer with smaller needs.

Heat transfers and video flex transfers

Heat transfers and video flex transfers on white or dark fabrics are getting more popular
every year and we also offer a variety of materials.

This is mainly for a once-off T-shirt print and not for big quantity shirts. 

The image is printed directly onto the heat transfer material using the VP540 Versa Camm for excellent photo quality. 
It’s left to dry and then it gets pressed with a heat press directly onto the shirts, garments or caps.
The video flex are mainly for cut out wording, also on small quantity shirts or garments and caps.
Once the cutting is done, the wording is then pressed with a heat press.
Video Flex is avaialble in beautiful, different Neon Colours, Reflective Colours, Glow in the Dark, Velvet finish and the
standard colours.
The video flex printed image is extremely clear and also lasts very long.
